WOSE and Volunteering

WOW! WOSE = Week of Spiritual Emphasis is a total week of chapels every day, every evening, music, and an exciting, funny, hilarious speaker named Iki Taimi. Also great times to hang out with AWESOME friends too, while trying to keep up with all your class they the shorten and move up time wise in the morning so everyone can be a chapels every day.

Volunteering, a person who freely offers to take part in an enterprise or undertake a task. This semester I am helping out by volunteering for a few things from the PMC Media Team, sound and cameras to After school program at a local high school. Not just to get my "hours" in for a class where I need at least ten hours of volunteer work in the semester, but to do this because it is fun and I enjoy doing the work. Even though I may have to get up really early or help someone with some difficult problems. It is all for making their life more easier and enjoyable.

Also to through something random out, playing the guitar can somewhat numb the end of your finger and you can feel them like you normally can. At time throughout the day I think to myself what is wrong with my fingers and why are they numb like. Then I remember............... ohhh, you are learning guitar and it is from that (its a strange feeling to have).

Why So Much Going?

So since moving back to MI for college I have found out many things in the past month. First is that time zone can have a small or great affect on people. It has had a major affect on my sleeping (the sun comes up way to late and goes down late).

College life is going good, very busy trying to keep up with all my class and work. So far doing good. Meeting a lot of good friend and keeping in touch with those awesome friends from Camp Wakonda that also go here at AU. By seeing them they keep me going each day, Thanks to all of you. Oh and throughout this past month it seems like almost everything that I do or see relates to camp some how through music, different activities, things said by people. I do not know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

I started back a Martin's Super Market working a couple days a week not much but enough to make some money for food and a little gas in the car, as prices of gas keep changing and going up it seems.
As it is now the day after the Ten Anniversary of Spet. 11, 2001, when the Towers were hit and the world was changed, reading a post from a person yesterday about there memory of it, saying that gas was under $2.00. If only I could pay that much or even $3.00 would be nice.

But God has given me plenty to make due on by being back at Martin's, taking classes at AU, and friends to keep me going throughout the day and the week.
